Oxygaurd II is used when a curing light cannot be used because of limited access. Oxygaurd II is an oxygen inhibiting gel with an accelerator to set and polymerize Panavia F 2.0 Cement. Panavia F 2.0 Opaque shade requires Oxyguard II.
