TinMan Dental's Online Smart Buyers Program is simple and easy, just like shopping our online catalog.  The more you buy the better your discount will be.  You know what's even better than that?  Once you build your discount level it never goes away unless you do.  The discount is based on a 12 month continuing cycle.  Let me explain: a cumulative total of all online orders will be calculated for 12 months giving you your discount percentage.  On the 13th month of the cycle the 1st month will drop off adding a new month.  As long as you have managed to keep consistent buying habits your percentage will stay the same.  However, if your monthly spending increases your discount percentage increases as well, up to 8% for a 12 month total of $10,000.00 or more. The table at the bottom of this page shows the cumulative totals with their applied discounts.

Why was the Online Smart Buyers Program started?
It was started to promote online shopping and most importantly to thank our online customers for their continued patronage.

What items are available for the Smart Buyers Program?
All online items including New, Sale, Promotion and Clearance items.

Who is eligible to receive this program?
Any dental office who creates an online account is automatically initiated into the Online Smart Buyers Program. 

Tin Man Dental does not carry the composite I use, or the impression material, adhesive, temporary material, burs, etc...
My Discount level would be larger if you did carry the materials I use.
If we do not carry your particular brand of products, please contact our sales team.  They can assist you towards a similar item.  Most likely our products will perform to your satisfaction or you will say, "how did I ever practice without this."  We carry products from the world's leading manufacturer's of dental materials.  Our products will also save you money plus increase your purchasing discount.  Samples are available upon request, when available.

What if I return a product?
If a product is returned your online account will be adjusted to reflect the return.

What if the internet is down and I need to place an order?  Do I still get my discount and does it get added to my online account?
If the web site is down please contact us by phone.  We will apply your current discount level (based on your last invoice) to your order and adjust your online account total when the internet is functional.

How can I see what my monthly totals are for the year and the discounts I am receiving?
To see your monthly totals and current discount level you will need to be logged in.  Click on Order History.  Your Order History page will show you a table to keep track of your monthly spending, adjustments and discount level.  Here you can also see your individual orders.


TinMan Dental Supplies, Inc. will evaluate the annual cumulative total and discount percent yearly,  TinMan Dental Supplies, Inc. reserves the right to make changes or to cancel the Online Smart Buyers Program at anytime.  We will notify our online customers when and if changes occur.
